| How can I place an order? 1. Select the service(s) by adding them to the shopping cart and submit your order online. When you place your order online, you will receive an order confimation along with instructions on where to send your order. You will also be able to track the progress of your order. We have several payments options: You can pay with your Credit Card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. We also accept personal checks and money orders.

Can I drop off my order at your downtown Olympia location? Yes, we have a storefront location open to the public. You may drop off your order if you wish.
Can I pay by personal check or money order? Yes, we accept personal checks & money orders. Please select the payment by check option in the shopping cart. Send your check with your order. Make checks payable to: Digital Imaging Northwest.
What kind of DVD media do you use? For Standard dvd's we use High Quality Taiyo Yuden Hardcoat Premium DVD Media.
My video tape is broken, can you fix it? Yes. We can do a tape repair for $10.00. If your tape is broken, please add this service to your shopping cart.
Can I combine multiple tapes to one dvd? The Standard DVD is one tape per dvd. We do offer a combo dvd service in which we can combine 2 tapes to one dvd. If you wish for us to combine tapes, please select the Combo DVD package.
Can I have a title on the DVD Menu? Yes, please limit titles to 22 characters (including spaces). Titles are not required, however, if you would like us to add your title, please be sure titles are clearly identitfied on each tape.
Are there chapter marks? Yes, for easy navigation, we place chapter marks every 10 minutes or where requested on premium dvd orders.
Can this DVD be Edited? No. This is a finalized DVD. If your would like a file that you can edit on your computer, please select our Data DVD option.
Are your dvd's copy protected? Our DVDs contain no copy protection. You will have no problem making copies with your Computer and DVD Burner. They are yours to copy as you choose.
Will you return all my originals? Yes. All your original Tapes, Film, Slides, Photos, or Negatives will be sent back to you along with your new DVD's or CD's.
Is a DVD case included? Yes. We provide you with a clear thin DVD case.
Is a DVD label included? Yes. We include a label you can write on. If you would prefer a custom label, please choose one of our Premium DVD packages. |
