PAL is a TV standard used in Western Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, India, and China. The TV standard we use in the USA is NTSC.  If you have brought or received a movie from a foreign country, most probably you won't be able to watch it on your TV. We will transfer any homemade European DVD into a NTSC Standard DVD.
